Specialised in a few dishes all of German or Swiss origin. There is an excellent plate of grill pork, bratwurst (veal sausages), lovely garlic bread, and a tasty brochette of chicken. this is comfort food rather than gourmet fare, but the restaurant has been around for 40 years and many of the waiters are there since the early days. Service very warm and friendly. If it is not too hot try and book a table on the terrace. Even the rosti was not bad.

Lovely hotel. We had deserts on the terrace by the pool. Decorated in a British country style., the deserts are not to be missed. Absolutely delicious. If the rest of the food is anything like the deserts you will not depart dissatisfied.

Amazing restaurant, nestled on the Laguna of Garzon a few hundred meteres after you pass with the ferry (soon to be a bridge). Part of a floating eco hotel complex, the restaurant has been taken over by the owners of Café Misterio and the setting is to die for. The food is presented with excellence, with local products, original ideas, artistry, and taste to match. Cannot recommend more. Try the Alvarino wine from Garzon

Great concept. You can eat in the restaurant, but you can also pull up outside and a waiter will come and take your order, then serve you at your car. Works great but be careful with the balance of the tray as I managed to spill half of my coke on my car floor. Pizza was really excellent with nice crunch crust. Definitely a fun late night snack except maybe when it is too crowded.

This spot is becoming famous as the spot to listen to live music in Punta del Este. It also is 200 meteres from a nice beach, has plenty of parking, and serves good food with a smile. Altogether a refreshing, enjoyable experience. We shared two starters and one fish. Everything was good and the red pepper dip and the bread that went with it, particularly of note. Highly recommended and we will definitely be going back to listen to the music.
