Comment (Haus Hohenzollern - Restaurant Cafe Welfenstube):Le restaurant se situe au rez de chaussée d'un bel hôtel installé dans une maison traditionnelle du Land de Rhénanie-Palatinat. Une jolie terrasse et un chouette cadre puisque la vue donne sur la forêt en contrebas. Il s'agit d'un petit hôtel familial, deux étoiles et l'ambiance est donc chaleureuse et agréable. Côté carte, on nous propose des plats régionaux qui finalement sont bons, mais sans être merveilleux. C'est peut-être un peu là que le bas blesse...
To be improved (Haus Hohenzollern - Restaurant Cafe Welfenstube):En fait la cuisine aurait clairement pu être plus fine. Là on se retrouve un peu avec de la "grosse cuisine" à l'allemande et c'est un peu dommage. J'avais opté pour le "Sauerbraten". Il s'agit d'une spécialité régionale.: Du Bœuf mariné dans du vinaigre servi avec boulettes de pommes de terre. La viande n'était pas mauvaise, mais la sauce manquait par contre sérieusement d'inspiration....

Comment (Stroof):On était heureux d'arriver enfin dans un restaurant après plusieurs jours de repas sur le terrain du Rock Am Ring dont la gastronomie n'est vraiment pas le côté le plus développé...

To be improved (Stroof):Mais faut dire ce qui est, les pizzas ne ressemblaient pas à grand chose; le restaurant non plus à dire vrai... Je ne sais pas où le chef avait appris à cuisiner italien, mais clairement pas en Italie. Bon, on a mangé. C'était chaud. Alors ça fait deux, pour l'honneur....
