Comment (Alt Schweriner Schankstuben):Il est peu évident de bien déjeuner dans une petite ville du Nord-Est de l'Allemagne comme Schwerin. Ce restaurant offre une bonne solution. Certes, il ne paye pas de mine, mais le service est d'une grande gentillesse et la carte composée de produits régionaux et, semble-t-il, frais. Sans s'attarder, on pourra donc manger simplement, mais fort correctement. Le cabillaud, par exemple, reste à prix raisonnable et est fort bien cuit. La soupe de pommes de terre est plus "rugueuse", mais, en hiver, elle était très supportable. Peut-être la seule adresse bon marché valable de la ville....
To be improved (Alt Schweriner Schankstuben):Le cadre est un peu trop "altschweriner", un peu poussérieux....
