How can I find a good restaurant in Kuringen? iTaste has become THE tool to use when you're choosing a restaurant, you want to see its menu, etc. It is, however, surprising to get the same search result than your neighbour. We are, after all, unique individuals, aren't we? iTaste is made of your friends reviews. It's a personalized restaurant guide made by your friends. The Yellow Pages give me hundreds of restaurants in Kuringen, however if I only take into accound the restaurants my friends went to and reviewed, I get a new selection that's perfect for me.

Comment ('t Zilte):Very stylish interior and excellent welcome. The appetizer was served with about 8 excellent small amuses. All with very intense taste and special compositions. The starter was well balanced and light. Halibut with textures of watercress and topinambour. The main course personally i experienced as less special and tasty. The duck with pumpkin and speltwheat risotto was nicely flavoured with foie gras but it was not my favourite. The dessert on the other hand was excellent with excellent combinations of tangerine, cocos parfait, basilicum and sesam seads. A perfect closing with the coffee with excellent home made cookies and chocolates. This restaurant will move next year April from a small city to a new trendy area in Antwerp. The restaurant will re-open on the top floor of the new built Antwerp museum. For sure the 2 michelin stars will be moved also to this gastronomic city!...
To be improved ('t Zilte):A little too much of textures and mousses....

Comment (Au rendez-vous du couscous):Je prends très souvent du couscous à emporter, et même si c'est assez loin de chez moi, c'est de loin mon préféré dans la région. Les merguez sont marinées et cela les rend très gouteuses....

To be improved (Au rendez-vous du couscous):Il ne faut pas oublier de lui rappeler d'ajouter la harissa, car le chef ne la met même pas une fois sur deux....

Comment (Le Bouddha Gourmand):Vraiment une Excellente Adresse a retenir.... nous étions 3, nous avons commencé avec 3 potages, délicieux... Poursuivis avec 3 entrées... & ensuite 3 Tipan... de canard, de lotte, & d'agneau.... C'était très gouteux, très bien cuisiné & assaisonné.... nous avons passé la soirée autour dune très bonne table, a faire quelques découvertes gustatives... on en est ressortis très content.... Le service très bien, a l'aise on nous a suivis, expliqués, on s'est occupés de nous & il connaissait relativement bien les plats...(ce qui n'est pas inné partout) Tellement enchanté par la qualité des mets & du service qu'on cherche pas les points négatifs.... ce serais une perte de temps que de chercher ce qui ne va pas, plutôt que de profiter de ce qu'on nous offre......
