iTaste is the best way to find restaurants in Alicante
How can I find a good restaurant in Alicante? iTaste has become THE tool to use when you're choosing a restaurant, you want to see its menu, etc. It is, however, surprising to get the same search result than your neighbour. We are, after all, unique individuals, aren't we? iTaste is made of your friends reviews. It's a personalized restaurant guide made by your friends. The Yellow Pages give me hundreds of restaurants in Alicante, however if I only take into accound the restaurants my friends went to and reviewed, I get a new selection that's perfect for me.

Comment (Nou Manolin):Nou Manolin est un bar à tapas au rez de chaussée, et un restaurant gastronomique au premier étage. Je sis allée au restaurant car très réputé à Alicante, bien que très cher pour les standards locaux. La cuisine était délicieuse: j'avais pris en entrée du poulpe: la portion était très petite, mais présentée de façon très raffinée; mes convives avaient choisi des calamars aux oignons confits qui étaient délicieux. En plat, j'ai pris un 'Arroz' aux fruits de mer (paella). Excellente, elle était parfaitement assaisonnée, pleine de gout, et très très généreuse (je n'ai pas pu mangér la moitié!!!)....
Comment (Nou Manolin):Sans être un expert de bar à tapas, je pense que c'est sûrement le meilleur bar à tapas au monde ! Tout est excellent et frais. La carte des vins est tout simplement admirable, avec des prix tout à fait corrects....
To be improved (Nou Manolin):Rapport qualité/prix décevant: les plats étaient très bons, mais ne valaient certainement pas ce prix. De plus, bien que j'ai adoré ma paella, je n'y ai trouvé que très peu de fruits de mer......

Comment (Toch):Très bonne impression pour ce restaurant 'taperia' branché de Alicante. La carte est déroutante car pas de classiques entrées, plats et desserts. Tout est catégorisé viandes, poissons ou végétarien, et tout est à partager. Nous avions pris la salade Toch, composée de petites feuilles fraiches de salade, crevettes, lamelles d'avocat et de magret de canard. Excellent, et surtout très bien assaisonné. Ensuite, carpaccio de crevettes servi avec des lamelles de foie gras. Encore une fois, c'est très fin et parfaitement assaisonné. Enfin, nous avons pris une entrecôte à partager; elle était divine (surement parce que la viande était bien persillée) et reste bien chaude car servie sur une pierre fumante. Très bon choix de vins espagnols en accompagnement, à prix très raisonnables....
To be improved (Toch):- situation: vraiment pas facile à trouver car le nom du restaurant n'est pas très visible. - seul petit problème: les grains de gros sel parsemés partout sur la nourriture. Pas très agréable et trop salé si on ne prend pas soin de les enlever. - Attention, pour un diner, ne venez pas avant 21h (c'est l'Espagne)!...
