Comment (Ruth's Chris):Dans un décor élégant et feutré, plusieurs petites salles savamment peu éclairées donnent une ambiance toute particulière à ce restaurant, membre de la chaîne de steakhouse de haut de gamme Ruth's Chris. On y sert de fabuleux steaks, 100% angus et vieillis à la perfection. Le ribeye ou le porterhouse sont les rois, et le Prime Rib est juteux à souhait. Fantastiques steaks pour nous venant de Suisse, incomparable. Les accompagnement sont en plus, à recommander le gratin de pommes de terre, proche d'un dauphinois parfait ou les épinards à la crème, onctueux à souhait. Une adresse à visiter....
To be improved (Ruth's Chris):Les desserts sont très américains, trop sucrés et plein d'une crème au beurre écoeurante. Se focaliser sur les steaks, et oublier les desserts et on sortira content et largement rassasié....
