Comment (Fat City):Dans la très jolie mais très touristique vieille ville de Sacramento, le seul restaurant qui faisait vraiment envie (de plus recommandé par le Routard, qui semble très fiable pour la Californie). Immense, décoration superbe, avec des vitraux et des lampes Art nouveau/Tiffany. Service très charmant et efficace. Niveau culinaire bon sans être transcendant, cuisine US avec petite tendance Tex-Mex. Nous avons commencé par un apéritif : 1 Margarita, 1 cocktail Island Cooler, 2 smoothies à la mangue, le tout très bon (et j'ai pu avoir ma Margarita on the rocks et non blended, ouf). Nous avons commandé une portion de garlic bread pour aller avec ça, très agréable Nos plats : - 1 California Chicken Sandwich - 1 Tequila Lime steak - 2 crispy Chicken Tacos Le tout bon et satisfaisant. Un seul dessert : un cheesecake absolument exceptionnel. Vin : 1 bouteille de California Barbera Boeger, une curiosité, assez réussi je dois dire....

Comment (River City Brewing Company):Un grand pub-brasserie dans le centre commercial principal de Sacramento, avec une terrasse agréable. La fabrication de bière se fait juste derrière, au fond du restaurant. Rapport prix-plaisir excellent. Service attentif et efficace. Je ne peux pas commenter la déco, nous sommes restés en terrasse. Nos plats : - 2 fois les baby back ribs, servies avec des haricots noirs et du cole slaw. Sauce un peu dense à mon goût, mais sinon très bon, assez pimenté (ce qui n'était pas annoncé sur la carte). - 1 fois la salade d'épinards frais avec chèvre frais, nectarines, poulet grillé et aubergines : délicieux, très rafraîchissant. - 1 fois le poulet en croûte de noix de pécan avec purée de pommes de terre, bon. Nous avons bu 1 bière Hefeweizen maison, vraiment excellente, 1 Sprite, 1 coca, 1 verre de Sauvignon blanc Californien, 1 café froid...
