Comment (Le Bistroquet):Un cadre sympa (type brasserie parisienne) et surtout une cuisine de qualité. Une andouillette artisanale délicieuse au label AAAAA ! Le duo de poisson était très bon également....

Comment (La Marée):Etape à Troyes, et on cherchait un restaurant à coté du Mercure. Entre l'hippopotamus, la Taverne du Maître Kanter et La Marée, on a choisi cette dernière. Et on était bien contents ! Le cadre est sympa et il y a plein de petits détails pour que décoration tourne autour du thème des marins et de la mer. Le service est rapide et les portions services sont généreuses. On a tellement mangé ces derniers jours que l'on a choisi un menu sans dessert et c'est tant mieux car l'on n'avait vraiment plus faim. En entrée, cassolette de moules de bouchot sur un lit d'épinards gratinés au comté ; un régal / duo de lotte et saumon cru mariné au citron vert, coulis de tomates ; très très bon. En plat, Suprême de pintade farcie aux queues de langoustines, coulis de crustacés, gratin de pommes de terre aux champignons / Brochette de coquilles Saint Jacques, thon et saumon, risotto safrané, sauce vierge. Tout était très bon et frais, on s'est régalés. Le seul bémol : le risotto était sec et n'était pas un vrai risotto mais ça, je m'y attendais un peu. 29 EUR par personne pour entrée + plat et des prix raisonnables pour le vin au verre et la San Pellegrino. Si vous passez par Troyes, n'hésitez pas....
