Comment (L'Ardoise):bloquer sur Orléans par une panne de voiture nous avons découvert ce restaurant Un vrai choix, des vins au verre remarquables (ça change !) 45 € par personne pour une entrée, un plat et un dessert. Le service est sympathique mais professionnel les choix sont présentés sous forme d'une grande ardoise déposée proche de la table ce qui permet de discuter des choix avec son accompagnant. Ambiance tranquille, un brin romantique menu Amuses Bouches Tatin de foie gras poêlée Lasagne de Homard braisé au Jus de Veau, Mini tomates grappes confites au miel de Citron. Sabayon d’Orange gratiné au Parfum des « Antilles »....
