Comment (Au Petit Relais):Un bel et bon endroit entre JURA et BRESSE. table gastronomique; peut-être une trentaine de couverts ... -MENUS de 19 E à 60 E -CARTE de 16E à 40 E * avec d'intéressants produits de la mer FRAIS et de poissons divers bien travaillés ! Pour ma part, j'ai dégusté le menu "Découverte du vin jaune " -36E ou 59E vin compris soit 2 verres de vin jaune millésimé et 1 verre de vin de paille. - mise en bouche Hum! -cassolette d'escargots sauvages de Bourgogne au beurre de vin jaune et morilles. -Poulet de Bresse sauce crème au vin jaune; crêpes parmentier. -faisselle de fromage frais de Mme Richonnier. -dessert au chocolat ( sais le nom) mais joliment présenté . OUI ! Je sais je propose souvent les mêmes plats... Mais c'est pour mieux vous faire connaître ma belle REGION!...
