Comment (la pataterie):restant plus petit que celui que j'ai testé en région parissienne mais le cadre reste sympa. La carte est la même est le personnel et aussi agréable. La seule différence et au niveau de l'attente quasi nul en normandie...

Comment (Le Pavillon De Gouffern Hotel):Un endroit reculé entre basse-normandie et Perche, bénéficiant d'un très beau parc arboré (chênes centenaires) et logé au sein d'une belle gentilhommière du XIXè siècle, récemment rénovée avec goût. Une cuisine simple mais efficace avec d'excellents produits locaux (volailles superbes, fromages normands et Calavados 1958). Un service compassé de chatelains courant après le financement des travaux de la propriété familiale. Belles chambres, refaites en 2009, alliant l'authenticité de murs épais, de parquets d'origine et l'aménagement contemporain d'une belle literie et de salle de bain en teck (demander la chambre n°7) ; pour les amateurs de balles blanches, très agréables "driving range" de 250 m avec seaux de balles à 2 € (2 inférieur à Auteuil...)....
Comment (Le Pavillon De Gouffern Hotel):En pleine forêt, après une magnifique allée, on découvre une propriété agréable qui ne ressemble en rien à un restaurant ordinaire. On rentre dans un premier couloir où l'on vient vous acceuillir avant de passer par les salons au parquet véritable, pour enfin arrivé dans une salle à l'ambiance feutrèe....
To be improved (Le Pavillon De Gouffern Hotel):Pas très loin de la capitale mais mal desservie (compter 2h15 minimum)....
