Là, je dis non non et non ! Jour de la montée pédestre du col d'Aubisque. 900 coureurs et au moins autant d'accompagnant. L'occasion de valoriser son commerce. Après la course, nous faisons le choix pour recharger les batteries en mangeant une viande rouge. Arrivée 12h50. Entrée melon/charcuterie : correct ; puis vient l'entrecôte avec quelques frites palotes. Une entrecôte maigrichonne et surtout sans goût, probablement une viande congelée servie à 13h45...D'autres clients s'avancent à 13h55 mais impossible, "on ne sert plus à 14h00"(plein été dans un village touristique). Je demande enfin un fromage des Pyrénées. Je passe sur ce détail, puisque c'était un morceau de fromage chaud voire fondue qu'un Pyrénéen n'aurait pas mangé. Heureusement le menu n'était vraiment pas cher, mais faire cuire correctement une viande et servir dans des délais raisonnables, ne coûte pas cher en matière première ! Dommage, l'an prochain je sais où je ne déjeunerai pas....

Accueil de très grande qualité, service parfait, vin blanc (jurançon) superbe. Qualité gastronomique au rendez-vous. Rapport qualité/prix pour un resto étoilé très bon. Repas de midi de très bonne qualité pour 26 euros sympa pour se faire plaisir dans un resto 1 étoile....

je ne suis pas une grosse mangeuse, j'ai gouté le menu gastro, (7 plats) je me suis régalée un peu cher, mais si on peut, pour certaines occasions ......
