Comment (Chez Pierro):Grosse note car ce petit coin de paradis réunit tout ce que je recherche notamment en vacances...dépaysement, surprise, cuisine familiale et goûteuse, accueil, rapport qualité prix....Ce jour là jambon cuit à la braise toute une nuit dans le four à pizzas et caramalisé à l'ananas, le "fameux" poulet bicyclette (recette béninoise bien relevée mais succulente !), des petites tartines à l'apéro....et des portions généreuses. Mais surtout on s'y sent bien car le cadre est superbe et que l'on se sent accueilli pas dans le sens de "clients" vaches à lait mais dans la notion de partage. Personne ne parle ici de cuisine gastronomique, ni moléculaire mais de cuisine vraie avec derrière tout un projet de vie pour ces deux frères et leur ami béninois (et tout le reste de la famille bien impliquée aussi) ! Chapeau à eux et merci pour ce moment...
To be improved (Chez Pierro):On y arrive absolument pas par hasard (ni même dans le village ) donc je compte sur ce site collaboratif pour leur apporter un coup de pouce. Lire une très belle chronique sur leur projet dans le blog culinaire "Lignes et Papilles" !...
