Comment (Hotel de la poste):Hotel en plein centre ville de Charolles capitale du Charolais. Nous avons dégusté un menu Charolais parfait : 2 mises en bouche originales suivi d'une entrecôte de Charolais de 480 grs avant cuisson. Service 4 étoiles régional. Rien à redire classe mais pas pincé... Une étape incontournable pour les amateurs de viandes tant pour la restauration que pour l'hôtellerie...
To be improved (Hotel de la poste):Le sommelier est un peu lent au service... Si votre chambre donne sur la place, la cloche de l'église est bien présente....

Comment (Le Grand Couvert):L'un des meilleurs resto du genre ("bistro"/resto de chefs étoilé). L'endroit est exceptionnel, la grange réhabilitée fait penser à une grande maison de famille où il fait bon s'y lover. Lors de la saison froide, un grand braséro accueille les convives et réchauffe les fumeurs. A l'intérieur le mix entre ancien et nouveau est parfaitement pensé. L'endroit est très chaleureux. Côté carte les plats sont alléchants et vraiment bien exécutés. C'est une cuisine emprunte de bon goût et de justesse. Le tout est réconfortant et vous donne qu'une envie : y retourner !...
To be improved (Le Grand Couvert):C'est un peu paumé mais c'est ce qui fait le charme !...
