Comment (Le Clos d'Urfé):Le Clos d'Urfé est situé dans un tout petit village dans les Monts du Forez. Il tire son nom d'un château de style Renaissance, La Bastie d'Urfé, demeure de l'écrivain Honoré d'Urfé, qui se trouve à une dizaine de km, à deux pas de la Loire. Les différents menus font logiquement référence à Honoré d'Urfé et à son œuvre. Les deux personnages personnages du roman "L'Astrée" ont leur menu Celadon (23€) et Astrée (29€), le menu honoré d'Urfé étant quant à lui à 37€. J'étais en famille et j'ai choisi le menu à 29€ : mise en bouche (gaspacho de melon) Carpaccio de thon et sa salade croquante magret de canard accompagné d'une purée de chou fleur et d'un poêlée de haricots verts et beurre plateau de fromages affinés (t^te de moine, livarot , epoisse) dessert. Tout étais très bon du début à la fin. Le service est assez rapide et les serveuses agréables. Il y a beaucoup d'espace entre les tables. Pour le vin nous sommes restés couleur locale : un rosé d'Urfé demi-sec, et un côte du forez....
To be improved (Le Clos d'Urfé):Difficile de critiquer. Le chef devrait peut-être jouer la carte Urfé jusqu'au bout en prposant un menu de style renaissance !...
