How can I find a good restaurant in Palluau-sur-Indre? iTaste has become THE tool to use when you're choosing a restaurant, you want to see its menu, etc. It is, however, surprising to get the same search result than your neighbour. Comment (L'Auberge de la Gabriere):ben??? assez sympa comme endroit!!! la cuisine est tres simple, peu travaillée mais efficace... le cadre est vraiment tresjoli et le personnel est tres gentil ; c est agreable de dejeuner labas ... voila c est quand mm bon ... Il faut aller voir je crois,......
To be improved (L'Auberge de la Gabriere):la cuisine est simple mais justement, peut etre trop!! mon entrée a base de jambon cru et andouille de pays etait presentée de façon tres kitch, et la sauce des brochettes de saint jacques de ma mere (excellentes saint jacques d ailleurs!!) etait au ketchup/mayo!!! bof!! la salade de gesiers de mon pere etait excellente par contre!! pour un resto proche d un lac c est aussi tres etonnant de proposer des poissons "etrangers"..probablement congelés au conditionnement... je dis "probablement" bien sur... je ne suis pas passé en cuisine!! il faudrait moderniser un peu tout ça et presenter les plats autrement que comme dans les années 80 .... mais, je suis plutot fan de nouvelle cuisine alors.... ça n est peut etre pas mon style de resto....

Comment (Agnès Sorel):La cuisine, l'ambiance, la simplicité du lieux mélangé à l'authanticité et à la recherche des plats. Un chef créatif et doué, que l'on apprend à connaitre lors du dinner; car il se soucis du bien être de ses clients... J'ai passer un agréable moment dans ce restaurant !...

To be improved (Agnès Sorel):un restaurant un peu triste, la décoration est très succinte. La sauce pour les riz de veau était un peu lourde plus pour un gibier il tuait un peu le riz de veau. Pas vraiment de recommendation pour le vin....
