La vue est imprenable... on peut admirer la citadelle construite par Vauban depuis la terrasse. L'acceuil : sympathique... le restaurant bon... les prix : atractifs.... que demander de plus ?...

Certainement le meileur restaurant fait depuis longtemps. Une vraie bonne surprise. Menu carte avec 4 suggestions d'entrèes de plats et de desserts. Nous avions réservé pour 12 personnes et avions choisis nos préférences. Tous était parfait dans la cuisine : originalité, goûts et saveurs, présentation, chaleur etc... A mon avis mériterait un macaron au michelin. Le restaurant ne travaille que sur réservation, alors n'oubliez pas de réserver. C'était tellement bon que nous y sommes retournés le lendemain midi, et c'était toujours parfait ...... en plus, le chef est vraiment très sympa !!...

Ce petit restaurant de spécialités montagnarde vaut le détour, tant par la cuisine que par l'accueil et le service. Vous serez accueillis dans une agréable atmosphère montagnarde, on se croirait dans un petit chalet. Coté cuisine, des spécialités montagnardes de qualité, de bons fromages, de la bonne charcuterie, même les pommes de terres sont exceptionnelles! Tout est fait maison, les desserts du jour sont de qualité. La carte des vins n'est pas en reste, et les conseils sont de qualité. Nous sommes un couple avec des enfants et nous apprécions aussi de trouver un menu adapté et les équipements adéquats (rehausseurs, chaises hautes). C'est simple, depuis que ce couple a ouvert son restaurant (il y a peut-être 6-7 ans), dès que nous sommes sur La foux, nous nous y arrêtons systématiquement. Il faut absolument penser à réserver, la petite salle est vite remplie...
