L'une des meilleures pizzeria que je connaisse. Pizzas au feu de bois excellentes, ambiance italienne et décoration chaleureuse et rustique. Elle se trouve dans une charmante petite rue au centre de la vielle ville, un peu en retrait....

Un superbe (et vieux) souvenir. Accueil formidable par les 2 soeurs qui tiennent ce charmant petit hôtel-restaurant. C'était à une époque où on parlait encore en FRF. Je sais c'est vieux et les temps changent mais le Puech Haut tête de cuvée était encore à FRF 100.- la bouteille . Et oui 1999 c'est loin. Alors je sais le commentaire est peut-être déplacé mais une bonne maison ne devrait pas tant changer....

Nous y sommes allés 2 fois : la 1ere fois nous y avons mangé (le soir) et dormis & petit déjeuné Tout était parfait. Nous avions diné dans une ancienne bergerie transformée en salle à manger... le repas et le cadre étaient parfaits La chambre,elle était dans un style un peu moyennageux... J'en avais gardé un très bon souvenir Par contre, la 2eme fois, nous avons mangé le midi en terrasse. Cette fois-ci, tout ne c'est aussi bien passé : menu beaucoup plus classique presque banale. Service baclé... Je pense qu'entre les deux, le chef ou le proprietaire ont changé...

Hotel restaurant "Logis de France" 2 cheminées, sur la Causse Méjean, à 1000 . d'altitude. Accès à partir de Ste EWnimie, environ 8 km de route de montagne... Votre GPS vous aménera au bon endroit! Une bonne adresse de séjopur pour qui voudra être en altitude ou alors un adepte des longues marche ( proche du GR 60... env. 3 km vers l'Ouest) Au restaurant, la fille du patron vous servira des plats cévenols concoqté par son père...

To be improved (Mont-Servy):

!!! Paradoxallement, des assiettes trop copieuse, un peu trop gras... mais cela est personnel!...
