To be improved (Castello di Sorci):The wine that comes with the "menu fisso" is of barely acceptable quality. The adjacent locanda and castello locations can accomodate hundreds of people, it can be very crowded!...

Comment (Locanda di Nonna Gelsa):Un super-restaurant dans un petit village, quand il fait beau on mange sous les tentes dans le jardin. Excellente cuisine traditionnelle, service charmant. Ne ratez pas l'antipasto di Nonna Gelsa (un peu de tout !), mais il y a aussi l'antipasto Terra Madre (charcuteries et fromages), et tant d'autres encore. Dans les primi, tout est bon, à la saison il y a des sauces à la truffe de Norcia... Les secondi valent aussi le détour, j'ai vu passer un ossobuco qui avait l'air sublime, j'ai mangé un porc rôti qui valait le détour, un autre convive a eu un filet de porc en croûte dont il était ravi. Prix fort modérés. On peut prendre le vin ouvert, qui est très honorable, mais la carte des vins réserve de blles surprises à prix modeste....
Comment (Locanda di Nonna Gelsa):Sympa l'ambiance. Excellent tagliatelle con rigaglie, coniglio fritto e grgliata mista....

Comment (Dagamó):New entry in Slow Food Osterie 2012. Wonderful and creative antipasto misto, excellent tagliatelle with sugo di salsiccia e crema di parmigiano or a "refreshing" strozzapreti verdi con pomodorini freschi all'Amatriciana, for secondo the galletto al mattone is a must! Eccellente carta dei vini....
To be improved (Dagamó):Music is unnecessary. If the pranzo or cena are excellent, the vibrations come from the atoms of food and wine......
