Comment (Osteria Pizzeria Pasquino):Encore une petite critique de ratrappage d'un weekend à Rome début décembre. Ce restaurant se trouve à Rome (juste à côté de la Piazza Navona) et non pas à Bojano, j'ai fait une erreur en créant le resto. désolé! Nous allons dans cette trattoria sur recommendation du Cityguide Lux. En entrée je prends des Carciofi a la giudeca, soit des bébés-artichauts friturés et servis sur du papier brun : njam, njam, très bon. Ensuite nous prenons chacun une pizza car le restaurant a la réputation d'en faire parmi les meilleures de Rome et il est vrai qu'elles sont excellentes pour peu que l'on aime une pâte extrêmement fine ce qui est le cas pour nous deux. Très bon prosecco, mais évitez le vin ouvert car il est vraiment râpeux, après un verre de cette merveille je prends une bière car il n'y a pas d'autre choix en vin ouvert....
