Comment (Giorgio):Toutes les recommandation des itasteurs étant fermées (Dimanche soir de janvier...), j'ai du me rabattre sur une recherche dans les rues sombres. Giorgio est un resto comme on en trouve qu'en Italie. Pas d'enseigne, nappes en papier, plein à craquer d'italiens (30-40 ans), lumière assez crue. On est loin du chic-bobo... Le patron nous annonce une heure d'attente que nous acceptons de mauvaise grâce. 5' après nous étions assis; le test de passage j'imagine.... Antiparti impeccables (crostini, parme, legumes grillé, etc...), pizza hyper fine et goûteuse, Lasagne (un peu trop cuite) desserts impeccables (Pana cota). Le genre de bistro que j'adore. Le tout pour €69 (4 personnes). Imbattable. A ne pas rater....

Comment (La Volpe e l'Uva):Petite osteria très sympathique en bordure du centre de Pietrasanta. Peu de chichis et c'est tant mieux. Pour se montrer on préfèrera l'Enoteca Marcucci dans la rue piétonne. Des plats dans la simplicité italienne qu'on aime avec un mini zeste de chic. Pâtes alla chitarra, boeuf avec un bon petit gout de braise, et les légumes dans leur simplicité nue, juste légèrement grillés. Petit plus pour les allergiques au gluten : La mère de la patronne l'est et on peut avoir des pates et même le pain maison sans gluten. Une bonne valeur simple pour une ville vite trop milanaise....
To be improved (La Volpe e l'Uva):La terrasse donne sur une rue malheureusement un peu trop proche, de ce point de vue, ça ne vaut pas la Via Garibaldi....

Comment (Hotel Relais dell' Orologio):Restaurant d'un hôtel "Member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World" (4 étoiles). Diner pris un 15 août, dans un cadre romantique, puisque notre table était située dans le jardin intérieur de l'hôtel au milieu de fleurs et de lampions , accrochés ici et là aux arbres... Peu de tables, d'où intimité, et tables bien espacées.. Service correspondant au standing, bons conseils du sommelier, maître d'hotel charmant (j'ai commandé moitié en anglais, moitié en italien!). Bref, une très jolie expérience tant côté ambiance que dans l'assiette, avec des mets de qualité (beaucoup de spécialités italiennes), des produits frais et goûteux......
