Comment (Le Calandre):This is one of the best and creative restaurants in Italy. It has 3 Michelin Stars and it is always in the 50 World's Best Restaurants List. I had lunch here in June 2010 with my girfriend and we had some really fantastic dishes like a delicate Rose Risotto a soft and creamy Potatoes Cream with Squid and an excellent Breaded but not Cooked Fillet. As a dessert we had a wonderful Pistachio Soufflé. This restaurant is a must for every gourmet food fan and I highly recommend it!...

Comment (Isola di caprera):Une carte très italienne est très appétissante! Mon Risotto a été excellent les autres entrés ont été aussi bonnes. Pour le plat j’ai pris « Seppie alla veneziana » - un plat très noir, très gouteux mais assez spécial (j’ai encore du mal à décider si je l’aimais ou pas !!!). C’est plutôt un restaurant des poissons, donc un bon choix des poissons très frais, mais les plats de viande ont porté aussi du succès étant cuits exactement comme il faut (ce qui a été un peu trop rouge pour certains convives). A l’heure d’arriver au dessert, il ne restait plus grand-chose (ce qui est pour moi, un bon signe) mais nous avons pu avoir quelques spécialités Italiennes. Pour une fois, la Tiramisu n’a pas été trop grandes mais délicieuse, autres desserts locaux ont été intéressants mais sans plus. Attention au grissini aux olives… ils sont excellents !!! Service très agréable et efficace !...
