iTaste is the best restaurant guide for Lecce
How can I find a good restaurant in Lecce? iTaste has become THE tool to use when you're choosing a restaurant, you want to see its menu, etc. It is, however, surprising to get the same search result than your neighbour. We are, after all, unique individuals, aren't we? iTaste is made of your friends reviews. It's a personalized restaurant guide made by your friends. The Yellow Pages give me hundreds of restaurants in Lecce, however if I only take into accound the restaurants my friends went to and reviewed, I get a new selection that's perfect for me.

Comment (Doppiozero):Owned and run by a man who goes by the nickname of "Orso" which means bear and which gives you not a clue about his personality as he is a cuddly as one but not at all ferocious as the title might imply. He is a large than life personality though and the quality of the products in his deli (for lack of a better word) is second to none. Tables indoors and outdoors offer you the possibility to sit and enjoy the excellent cheeses, hams, and his famous baked potatoes. Salads are copious and delicious and his breakfasts are infamous. Come here for light meals and great coffee. Located in the old town and great for people watching...

Comment (Volo Restaurant):The kind of restaurant everyone wants to find in Italy with mama at the kitchen, small room, lovely, simple decoration, and food to die for that you will rarely if ever find outside of Italy and rarely outside of Puglia. I had a traditional plate of pureed peas with spicy fried spinach as a main as I was not so hungry, but before we were each served 4 small starters one better than the other. I would go even higher in my rating except this was a simple trattoria recommend by friends who are from Lecce. Out of this world....
To be improved (Volo Restaurant):Nothing. Absolutely nothing...
