Comment (I Pescatori):Bonne ambiance. Bien organisé: on prend un chiffre et on attend calmement sur une terrasse devant la lagune, au coucher de soleil, avec la possibilité de commander une boisson. L'attente n'est pas logue, et le menu non plus. Le choix est clair, mais on peut toujours demander des conseils. Le service est rapide. Le poisson est frais et de qualité. Les prix sont raisonnablement bas....
To be improved (I Pescatori):Il faut aimer le style rustique et les couverts en plastique....

Comment (La vecchia dispenda):Cela n'a rien d'un restaurant mais une bonne adresse d'épicerie fine se partage ! Un choix et un conseil de vin exceptionnel : nous avons notamment goûté deux Morellino di Scansano délicieux : le Roccapesta (www.roccapesta.com) et un Belgrave de chez Mazzei, d'un excellent rapport qualité prix. Fromages excellents, pots de sugo, très bons, une bonne adresse pour rapporter un peu d'Italie chez soi ! 50€ pour 4 bouteilles, deux fromages, des olives, un sugo....

Comment (Il Veliero):Un resto de poisson sur les hauts de Porto Santo Stefano (sans vue malheureusement). Les meilleures moules sans doute jamais goûtées en entrée, petit jus citronné, fraîcheur des moules, un régal ! Pasta al veliero : aux fruits de mer, à peine un peu trop poivré. Pasta au vongole, tomates, crevettes et rucola, très bon. Un red snaper pour deux, à la cuisson parfaite pour terminer en beauté !...

Comment (Il Bottegone):Rien que le voyage pour y arriver en vaut la chandelle... Après le repas, continuer la via panoramica qui vous fera vous émerveiller du payage enchanteur... Sachez toutefois, que vous n'arriverez au prochain village que par une route très mauvaise sur les derniers kilomètres... Dans l'assiette, on ne perd pas le nord, bien que l'entrée du restaurant fasse un peu cantine sans âme et fasse craindre le pire... Mais une fois sur la terrasse, on peut se mettre à rêver devant le paysage magique et déguster de bons plats de poissons. En entrée : carpaccio de poulpe et d'espadon : bon, frais, bien assaisonné. Puis spaghetti al vongole et linguine al scampi, les deux plats très bons !...
To be improved (Il Bottegone):L'accueil est un peu froid, et l'intérieur mériterait bien le passage d'un architecte d'intérieur ou du moins, d'une petite mise à jour......
