Comment (Locanda ai Bastioni):Une grande Trattoria - Pizzeria connue loin à la ronde pour entre autre ses pizzas. Le village est trés beau avec ses bastions de brique rouge. Le marché est le jeudi! Une fois assit nous avons reçu comme amuse geule plusieurs plats avec des morceaux de foccacia avec du jambon cru de parme et des Grissinis fait maison (je n'en ai jamais mangé de meilleure) Le restaurant donne envie d'y entré et une fois à l'intérieur d'y rester. J'ai pris une petite salade mêlée et j'ai reçu un saladier plein de diverses salades fraiches très appétissant. La sauce est à faire soit même avec de l'huile d'olive et aceto balsamico. Ensuite un plat de gnoggi alla boscaiola (tipe forestière) divers champignons, chanterelles, cèpes etc. trés bon. Portion très grande. Mes collègues ont prit des pizzas (diamètre plus de 30cm et pâte très fine) tous on apprécié, aussi les spaghettis avec moules et gambas géantes. Le tout accompagné d'un Prosecco "Col Netovaz" Comme dessert un tiramisu fait maison également délicieux Café, Grappa etc. Le service est très rapide et n'a presque pas le temps de prendre les commande car la terrasse est pleine. Une clientèle bien mêlée y est présente, surtout pour la cuisine moins pour le service qui est un peu froid Pour l'addition je ne la connait pas car j'était invité. Les pizza les plus chères sont à 8.5 Euro pour donner une idée....
