Comment (Kybynlar):Le restaurant se trouve à Trakai, à 10km de Vilnius. Aujourd'hui petite ville, Trakai était autrefois la capitale de la Lituanie et reste un haut lieu touristique grâce à son chateau médiéval situé sur un îlot au milieu d'un archipel. Kybynlar est un restaurant très connu des Lituaniens ; il propose des spécialités karaites, peuple d'origine turque venu s'installer là il y a quelques centaines d'années. LA grande spécialité ici, c'est le kybyn, petit pain fourré de viande d'agneau ou de boeuf... ou d'autres choses. En gros, j'ai beaucoup aimé... les kybyn étaient fraichement sortis du four et diffusaient un parfum inoubliable. La farce était très savoureuse et généreuse. Le plat parait simple mais peut vite devenir un festin si on l'accompagne de soupe et de gira. Pas cher du tout ; 7 euros pour mon addition....
