Comment (Chez Yvonne):Dans une ile du bout du monde (Nuku Hiva, Iles Marquises), dans une baie accessible uniquement, en 4*4 ou en bateau, voilà un restaurant polynésien mémorable: les entrées sont succulentes, voire extraordinaires. Les plats chauds sont tirés d'un four tahitien (les aliments sont enterrés dans une fosse et cuits pendant plusieurs heures). Faites la promenade digestive vers la baie d'Anaho (1h AR)....
