Comment (Taverna Sarbului):If you like meat, this is the place to go if your up in the mountains. They are known for their grilled meats which are delicious. Never dry or overcooked!! Accompanied by romanian salads and grilled vegetables. I recommend the Mix Grill, Salata de Vinete (smoked eggplant puree) they also have one with red peppers, and as dessert clatite cu miere si nuca (pancakes with mountain honey and almonds/nuts) very typical. And for the one who want a beer take a romanian beer either Ursus or Timişoreana. Enjoy...
