Comment (Café Pushkin):Very "retro" although fake but extremely well made. The restaurant is new (around 200) but has been made in early 1900 style. It's name probably comes from the the song "nathalie mon guide" of Becaud. Very good cuisine, and a real Stroganoff (for me). Very good service and a "must go" while in Moscow (it's been my 5th time)....
Comment (Café Pushkin):Un cadre magnifique, une fois à l'intérieur, on se croirait plus chez un particulier que dans un resto. Spécialités russes, goûteuses et de bonne qualité....
To be improved (Café Pushkin):prices, of course, and especially wines (as always in Moscow)...
To be improved (Café Pushkin):Très touristique donc pris d'assaut. Réservation quasi obligatoire....

Comment (Café Ararat):Je ne connaissais pas du tout la cuisine arménienne et avais quelques préjugés. Mais finalement j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Les crêpes au caviar... à se relever la nuit. Des grillades de viandes succulentes, accompagnées de divers légumes également grillés. Cette cuisine est (assez) proche de la turque et libanaise je trouve, si l'on regarde les ingrédients utilisés....
Comment (Café Ararat):a sincere place:they offer armenian food which is authentically mediocre. Meat and fish overcooked, vegetable overspiced, very unpleasant armenian wine and the same ambience as during the existence of the USSR. Theplace was empty and sinister. ...
To be improved (Café Ararat):Ce restaurant est situé au rez de chaussé de l'hôtel Park Hyatt de Moscou. Les prix sont donc en rapport avec le niveau de l'hôtel... et de la ville en général. Les serveurs ne sont pas très souriants, mais c'est assez commun là-bas....
To be improved (Café Ararat):a time wrap. feels like 20 years ago in a place far away. Moscow has much more to offer. Unworthy of anotherwise ok hotel...
