Comment (Uondas da l'en):Restaurant du charmant hôtel Chesa Rosatsch aux Grisons. Il y servent le petit-déjeuner. Plus simple que le Stüvas, au déjeuner et dîner, ils servent des schnitzels typiques, de délicieuses “Flammechueche" et surtout des fondues. C'est ce que nous avons mangé, une excellente fondue aux herbes avec une salade mêlée. En hiver, il est possible de manger la fondue dans un igloo crée sur leur terrasse et en été, il est agréable de profiter du soleil tout simplement. Les serveurs étaient adorables, je m'étais cassé le genoux, ils étaient au petit soin mais en fait, rien que leurs sourires et leur gentillesse suffisaient à me faire oublier ma douleur... Non je n'avais pas bu car je prenais des médicaments! :-D Je recommande ce restaurant, cet hôtel et l'autre restaurant gastronomique Stüvas, ca vaut une visite, autant en hiver, avec la piste de ski de fond à coté qu'en été pour les randonnées au paysages a couper le souffle......
