Comment (Fidazerhof):Ein Schweizer Reataurant durch und durch, hier wird jeder Gast noch persönlich vom Chef empfangen. in der Küche werden nur regionale Produkte verwendet. Das Dinkelbrot wird täglich selber im Haus produziert... Service sehr gut obwohl er nicht aus der Region kommt.:-)) Vorspeise eine wunderschöne tomatencreme Suppe, dann Fidazer Gulasch mit Pizokel und Gemüse, zum Schluss ein Aprikosen Sorbet mit Apricotin war sehr fein...Fleisch war top aus eigener Zucht in Falera.... Weiter wurde noch ein Forelle bestellt, Rindsmedaillon mit Pommes und Gemüse......

Nous avons été accueilli par notre nom, nous avons pris l'apéritif dans un petit salon à côté de la cheminée. Un régal pour les yeux et les papilles. Un moment où nous avons mis notre vie quotidienne entre parenthèse pour nous laisser emporter par la magie des lieux et l'enchantement de nos papilles. Nous avons été très chanceux d'avoir eu une table qui s'est libéré le jour d'avant....
