Dans la catégorie des restaurants de stations de ski, celui-ci est excellent avec des plats typiques montagnards. J'ai choisi le menu "La Gourmande des Crosets" :-) eh oui!! composé de salade verte, rösti chaud, viande séchée, jambon cru, & chèvre chaud de l'Alpage de Chaupalin. Délicieux mais pas assez de rösti.. Du coup, un dessert s'impose, soit meringues sur lit de double crème.. Assez cher par contre, CHF 30.- le menu puis CHF 15.- les meringues. À recommander quand même car le cadre est magnifique, rustique type vieux chalet suisse.. ...
