Das gut frequentierte Restaurant ist ein beliebter sozialer Treff- und Kommunikationspunkt von Frauen und Männer des mittleren und unteren Bergells. Hier treffen sich Handwerker, Tourismusangestellte, Postauto- und Lastwagenchauffeure, Töfffahrer, Kletterer, Bersteiger, Wanderer, Durchreisende und Touristen. der aktuelle Kiosk führt alle wichtigen Tageszeitungen und Tourismusinformationen, aktuelle Wetterberichte und -Prognosen. Es ist ein optimaler Stand- und Ausgangsort für alle Wanderungen, Exkursionen, Besichtigungen und Bergtouren und verfügt über einen grossen Parkplatz. Das Hotel Fanvconi ist ganz klar die Alternative zu den üblichen Hotelangeboten im authentischen Bergell. Going to the oldest house of St-Moritz to find onf of the best pizza i ever had in my life is a bit strange ! But it s really the case. I went to eat to the pizzeria area of the place and they were amazing! You could really feel and smell and taste the daily home made tomato sauce and the quality of the igredient was excellent!!! the place is beautiful and cosy. A place i really recommend !!!...

The place breathes history: wonderful building with pleasant, old/traditional décor inside. We had our apéro in the small (tiny) tavern: with just about 10 people the room was crowded. Cozy and ok if you don't stay here for too long. Which we did since we transferred to the restaurant for dinner. Excellent Bündner Fleisch and Tête de Moines an appetizers. The bread was fresh and delicious. One could also top the platter with some delicate olive oil. A local specialty as a main course, the "Charnigna Engiadinaisa". Nobody had heard of this dish but when confronted with it, it definitely looked and tasted very similar to a Zürcher Gschnätzeltes: minced veal with mushrooms and rösti. We're still wondering what the differences between the two versions are :-) it was delicious... An iced-cake with honey and nuts closed the meal. A great reminder of the local "Bündner Nusstorte" but a lighter and more refreshing opportunity to encounter the same flavours. The service was good. No glass remained empty for too long (also water glasses) and the waiters attended on us in a friendly and well coordinated way....

La Chesa Veglia est une des plus viellies maisons fermières de St.Moritz. Il y a trois restaurants et deux bars dans le batîment. La Pizerria pour les pizzas (les meilleures de Suisse) et les pâtes. La Chadafö (un restaurant plutôt élégant cuissine française classique) et le Grill pour la cuisine italienne et internationale. Il y a deux autres bars pour prendre l'apéro et un digestif....

Ce soir nous avons testé la pizzeria. les prix au niveau de l'établissement. Mais le service est à la hauteur et très attentif. Nous avons pris de belles entrées et 2 plats de pâtes. Al dente .... excellentes ! une excellente soirée :) ...

Agréable surprise... j'ai mangé certainement le meilleur émincé à la Zurichoise jamais dégusté. Le cadre est très agréable. Un mélange de design et de typique assez réussis. Le personnel est très sympa et très pro. Une carte des vins avec un joli choix de vins suisses. Nous avons pris un blauburgunder suisse-allemand excellent! Et c'est un Vaudois vivant dans le Lavaux qui le dit!!! Bref une adresse a retenir pour Saint-Moritz... ...

J'ai découvert ce restaurant lors d'une nuit passée dans l'hôtel. Cadre et déco assez réussis mélangeant le typique et le design. Nous étions 6 et on nous avait réservé une immense table avec bancs très sympa. Un personnel vraiment accueillant et qui s'est donné la peine d'essayer de parler en français. J'ai pris une pizza parmi leur vaste choix et elle était vraiment excellente (jambon cru, mozzarella di buffola, tomates cerise et rucola). La proximité de l'Italie et le personnel en partie italien y étaient sans doute pour quelque chose ! A noter que pour chaque pizza, on peut choisir une big (entre Fr. 19.- à Fr. 26.-) ou une small (env. Fr. 3.- ou Fr. 4.- de moins pour la small). Beau choix aussi de mets traditionnels et de viande d'Argentine. Une carte des vins intéressante avec le plaisir de découvrir des vins suisses allemands....

Rocket/parmesan salad not well dressed....

Une vinaigrette "maison" pour les salades serait une heureuse initiative......

Kind of a locals place (at least according to Fromer's and the person at the tourist office who recommended it). Nice atmosphere. The pastas seemed to be the best of the dinners we tried, and they were excellent. Good salads. Some local / cheese dishes....

nice little italian restaurant, excellent kidneys and riz de veau, however the open fire place on which the meat is grilled should produce much more flavour and taste, meat quality is additionally not the best. service is very good, the wine menu does not disappoint, however not too special...

The large (280 g) "rib steak" was not a rib steak. It was tasty, but, not what I ordered....

value for money is not met, quality of main dishes need improvement...

Bon restaurant de cuisine bourgeoise et traditionnelle. Excéllent et aimable service. Très bonne tartare et raviolis farcis chasse. Bon vin rouge ouvert "Malanzer" des Grisons....

Restaurant qui fait partie de mes préférés, même après les années, qualité toujours impeccable. Aucun doute le meilleur restaurant d'altitude où j'ai pu manger. Le "ballet russe" est délicieux, le strogonoff aussi, les desserts très bons et la carte des vins fantastique. Je recommande la flammenkuche aux truffes en apéro avec un bellini....

Best Pizza in St.Moritz! Also delivers Pizza!! Must try the vitello tonnatoand the tartar, but even the raclette is great! Deserts are delcious, the trilogy of pana cotta is a must for every pana cotta lover. Atmosphere is very cozy and relaxed! Perfect and large selection of wines!...

Lovely restaurant, right off the pistes. A real gem. Low ceilings as it is a former cow stall (still in use I have been told in the summer) run by an Austrian named Fred. Limited menu but daily offer that changes regularly. Can be rented for private events. Delicious food. We had chicken with vegetables and lentils with sausage....

Restaurant on two levels, both with outdoor terraces. Very professional staff. Reservations highly recommend in busy periods. Downstairs is more chic and has a minimum consumption policy. Upstairs is long tables with comfortable benches all in an Alpine chic style. Also apparently very beautiful in summer. Was quite calm today but can imagine is a hot spot in busy periods and am told it is the restaurant to be seen at in St. Moritz (if that means anything to you). Supposed to have one of the best wine menus in the Alps and had amazing desserts (not for the faint hearted)....

House wines were very expensive and the one I had was actually not very good. Service was good but might be a bit slow in busy periods....

Très bonne cuisine et stable dans la qualité d'une année à l'autre, beau décor intérieur...

Les anciens propriétaires, la Famille Johri, tenait un restaurant magnifique où la cuisine était très raffinée et inventive. Le restaurant a été repris en fin d'année dernière et la seule chose qui n'a pas changé est le prix... La qualité n'a plus rien à voir tant dans l'assiette que dans "l'ambiance". Bien dommage......

Service un peu lent, prix élevés...
