Comment (Schloss Wartegg):Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel (Schloss) in einem grossen Park, u.a. Wald und grosser eigener Garten, dessen Produkte auf den Tisch kommen. Ausschliesslich Bio-Produkte. Sass mit meiner Begleitung im Schlosshof draussen; zuerst gabs eine alkoholfreie sehr feine Beeren-Bowle. Als Amuse-bouche eine Gazpacho in einer Espresso-Tasse. Als Vorspeise einen sehr leckeren gemischten Salat (aus dem Hof-Garten) bzw. eine Fenchel-Vanille-Suppe. Hauptspeise: Rucola-Risotto mit Cranberries (einmal mit Paneer im Cashew-Mantel und einmal mit Lachs im Kräutermantel), dazu der Tageswein. Dessert: Schokoladen-Haselnusskuchen ohne Mehl bzw. Zwetschgenkompott mit Citronencrème im Glas geschichtet. Alles zusammen (2Pers.): 137Fr....
To be improved (Schloss Wartegg):Eher längere Wartezeiten zwischen den Gängen, war in diesem Ambiente aber gut auszuhalten...
