Comment (Heitersberg):Nach der kurvigen Strecke, egal ob von Spreitenbach oder Rohrdorf her, trifft man auf den Heitersberg. Es bietet sich eine schöne Aussicht. Nach einem Apéro gab es einen Caeser's Salat mit Speckwürfeli & Croutons an Knobli-Parmessandressing und Ravioli mit Käsefüllung an leicher Nuss-Salbeibutter mit gebratenen Champignons. Das Brot zur Vorspeise ging vergessen. Zum Hauptgang wählten wird das Pferdefilet mit Kartoffelgratin. Auf die Sauce habe ich verzichtet, da mir gesagt wurde, dass das Fleisch gut ist - und dem war auch so. Das Fleisch war sehr zart und gemäss meiner gewünschten Garstufe gebraten. Der Kartoffelgratin mit viel Käse überbacken war sehr fein. Auch die superzarten CH-Kalbsleberli an leichter Zwiebel-Kräutersauce & Rösti war lecker. Zum Dessert gab es den laufwarmen Schoggichueche mit flüssigem Kern (leider nicht so flüssig) und das Erdbeertörtli (siehe Fotos) Beim Weinangebot fiel auf, dass sehr viele Weine offen erhältlich sind. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und stets aufmerksam. Die Einrichtung hat mir sehr gefallen. Alte Tische mit modernen Stühlen, man fühlt sich wohl....
