Comment (Pizzeria zur Mühle):Lors de mon passage à Sursee, nous sommes tombés ce dimanche soir, où la plus part des établissements de cette ville étaient fermés, sur ce restaurant italien, situé dans le quartier historique (un vieux moulin réhabilité). Un fois à l'intérieur on découvre un style trattoria qui ma fois est plaisant au premier coup d'oeil. A la carte, on y trouve tout l'assortiment de ce type de restaurant : pizzas, pâtes fraîche maison (!??), viandes et poissons. Des quatre convives que nous étions, chacun a pris un plat différent. au final il faut reconnaître que du point de vue qualitatif, l'ensemble a été cohérent. C'était bon sans plus. La carte des vins était surprenante au demeurant, car la proportion de vins italiens par rapport aux autres contrées (Afrique du Sud, Espagne, Chili) était vraiment moindre. La note final a pu être celle qu'elle est grâce à un rapport / qualité prix satisfaisant....
