Eine Landbeiz, ohne grosse Ambitionen, obwohl Mitglied "Gilde etablierter Köche". 5 preiswerte Menues zur Auswahl, ich wählte die Tagessuppe (Haferflocken mit Kartoffeln und Wienerlieinlage), danach Ravioli mit Rindfleisch gefüllt, mit Entenbrustwürfeln an einer Kräuterrahmsauce und ein gemischter Salat zu CHF 16.00. Alles recht eigenwillig, aber durchaus ok, allerdings (zu) salzarm....

Wieder 5 Mittagsmenues zur Auswahl, ich entschied mich für Griesssuppe mit Kartotteneinlage, geschmacklich gut aber zu dick. Zartes, etwas zu lange gebratenes Entrecôte, geschätzte 220 Gramm schwer (auf die Kräuterbutter habe ich zum Glück verzichtet), mit einer fettigen und gar nicht knusprigen Rösti, Qualität lose gefroren, garniert mit einem Tomatenschnitz und krauser Petersilie. Fazit: da ich kein Bauarbeiter bin, war diese Portion viel zu gross und zu fett, ein Salat oder ein Gemüse hätten nur gut getan. CHF 28.50 fand ich ok, dazu 5 dl Mineralwasser. Sehr netter und kompetenter Service, im hinteren Stübli darf man noch rauchen, habe das bei den herrschenden Temperaturen geschätzt....
