The restaurant is split into two sides: sit-down and sushi-bar. Our favourite corner at the bar was available (the corner, ideal for talking), so we chose to sit there. The plates were really good: somehow different from the ones i usually see in Zurich. Good size portions and a nice open South African Chardonnay....

Un moment surprenant ou l’étale de poisson est le seul menu ! Une adresse reconnue par les locaux, une bonne adresse...

To be improved (The Codfather):

The menu showed a much greater variety of sushi, but there weren't that many on the sushi-belt. Maybe because it wasn't a full night. I would like like to order different ones but wasn't sure because there were no pictures in the menu. Service is friendly but a bit clumsy: you feel like you're being served by students on their Summer jobs - who are there more to have fun themselves than to provide professional service....

Une table incontournable si vous vous rendez au Cap. Original, inventif et passionné, le chef vous prépare des plats à base de produits sud-africains qui débouchent sur des sensations nouvelles. Cela remonte certes à 2 ans, mais je mets cet établissement en haut de ma liste tellement la soirée a été magique. J'espère que c'est encore le cas et espère pouvoir aller m'en assurer par moi-même... Le plus est qu'ayant réservé par Internet, on nous avait attribué un serveur parlant français avec lequel on a pu partager plus aisément sur la cuisine et l'évolution de la société sud-africaine. C'est la politique de la maison, avoir des serveurs polyglottes afin de faciliter la communication. Louable attention dont nous avons su apprécier la délicatesse....

This chique belgian brasserie in the heart of Cape town's waterfront offers excellent quality for price (as a foreigner) food and wine. The Mussels are a must. Large selection of beers and wines...
