Accueil très chaleureux dans ce Relais & Châteaux 3* michelins par la "famiglia" qui gère ce lieu avec le sourire. Vue sur la cuisine depuis la salle. Les mets sont cuisinés avec des produits de grandes qualités. En octobre, nous avons pu goûter leurs truffes blanches ainsi que les panettone et nougats maison. Un régal ! Nous avons bu un Amarone Roccolo Grassi de 2006. Une pure merveille ! Ne me demandez pas le prix, j'étais invitée ......

Excellent and beautiful 3 Michelin Stars restaurant set a few km outside Bergamo in a beautiful Relais & Chateaux run by the Cerea Family. The ambience is very elegant and light and in summer you can eat outside with a wonderful view on the swimmig pool (it is really a relaxing atmosphere). The wine cellar is fantastic and we visited it at the beginning with the Sommelier and we had an aperitivo in the cellar (really refreshing and romantic). We visited Da Vittorio for the second time last summer at the end of August. We went for lunch (like the previous time) and we dined outside (the weather was hot and beautiful). We've chosen the "Raw Fish" Menu that is always available in summer (170 € per person). The Menu consists in 7 raw fish courses and I liked them all, but I still prefer Ma.Ri.Na in Olgiate Olona for raw fish. The fishes we had were tuna, salmon, sea-bass, prawn, lobster, squid and sea bream. The desserts are fantastic, because there is a buffet and you can have a lot of different small fantastic desserts. There is also a beautiful chocolate fountain! We loved the whole experience and I certainly recommend this restaurant to everyone (it is expensive but worth it)....

This is the restaurant of the most famous italian Chef, Gualtiero Marchesi (81 Years old). It is set in the beautiful Relais & Chateaux Hotel L'Albareta in Erbusco. The room and ambience are very nice and light and there is a wonderful view on the Lake Iseo. The service is professional and the food is excellent. You have to try his signature dishes "Dripping di pesce" (so light and it seems a beautiful painting), "Raviolo Aperto" (so delicate), "Riso, Oro e Zafferano" (excellent saffron risotto with a golden leaf) and his "Fillet Rossini" (the best Rossini I have ever tried with veal meat instead of beef!). The desserts in my opinion are not as good as the rest. I highly recommend this restaurant....

L'accueil de la Nona avec ses conseils avisés sur la découverte des plats typiques de la région de Bergame. Antipasti : Assiette de Charcuterie et Salami typique, Tomates séchées, Aubergines grillées, Olives noires et vertes et oignons nouveaux marinés, quiche aux légumes Primi Piatti : Casoncelli alla Bergamasca ( Papillottes de pâtes farcie de porc haché) sauté au beurre avec du jambon cru et sauge. Un régal !! Secondi Piatti : Tagliatta de boeuf, Rucola & Copeaux de Parmesan, Brochettes et viandes grillées, Carpaccio de Bresaola, Polenta aux Bolets...

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful dinner in this fantastic restaurant 4 months ago, the evening before New Years Eve. The cuisine is creative and the molecular tasting menu is absolutely great: ANTEPRIMA GRISSINI AL PARMIGIANO 2010 Riso selvaggio fritto 2004 MOIJTO 2011 Prosciutto e melone 2005 L’oliva 2011 Nell’ orto 2011 Scampi e seppie al nero veneziano 2010 Insalata di gamberi e campari 2011 BREZZA 2011 Illusione 2010 I COLORI DELL’AUTUNNO 2011 Sfera 2008 Maialino da Latte con Falsi carciofi al cioccolato 2010 Miniera 2009 Dark and Gold 2011 Every dish was spectacular and very good and I recommend everybody who would like to viisit this restaurant to try the Anteprima Tasting Menu! It is set a few km outside Bergamo, easy to reach from the Highway. The room and the ambience are very nice and elegant (there are different tv screens where you can watch the Chefs prepare and finish the dishes... a really wonderful idea in my opinon). In the kitchen there is a beautiful table for 2 people where you can watch directly Head Chef Daniel finishing your plates and explaining them to you... We've obviously chosen to book tha table in the kitchen and it was really an amazing experience! I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to try something different and spectacular (very good too!)....
