Comment (L'Aubergine):Une table incontournable si vous vous rendez au Cap. Original, inventif et passionné, le chef vous prépare des plats à base de produits sud-africains qui débouchent sur des sensations nouvelles. Cela remonte certes à 2 ans, mais je mets cet établissement en haut de ma liste tellement la soirée a été magique. J'espère que c'est encore le cas et espère pouvoir aller m'en assurer par moi-même... Le plus est qu'ayant réservé par Internet, on nous avait attribué un serveur parlant français avec lequel on a pu partager plus aisément sur la cuisine et l'évolution de la société sud-africaine. C'est la politique de la maison, avoir des serveurs polyglottes afin de faciliter la communication. Louable attention dont nous avons su apprécier la délicatesse....
