Caffè eccetera is a funny place. When you enter the first thing you actually see, on the left, is a workbench. With possibly one or many disassembled coffee machines on it. And, on the right, in the window, some repaired samples of the same. For Caffè Eccetera isn't only a café (more of a drinking place, there are only cakes and sandwiches available) but also a coffee machine repair center and a wellness center. That's right: in the middle of Basel, an "on-the-go" wellness offer. You can either book a massage or a floatarium session. I did the latter, and found myself on a 1-hour trip, floating in salt wather, defying gravity, and relaxing like ever. Amazing thing...

The tea after the floating session could have been part of the deal. I had to pay extra for it....
