Dans le même genre que le "Luce", qui se trouve juste en face; apparemment, ils font du reste équipe. Le Grissino est un peu plus axé sur les pizzas, en particulier aux heures creuses. C'est très bon... Il est en particulier possible d'observer les pizzaioli en action, au centre de la salle du restaurant.
