Very Classical setting but surprisingly modern food combinations. After a snowy day we were happy having finally reached the restaurant. The start was excellent, warm welcome great amuses. Especially the macaron of beetroot with foie gras was delicious. The starter with mango and foie gras combined with gingerbread was excellent and surprising. The main course was traditional for the season, Pheasant, and prepared in an excellent way. The dessert with chocolat parfait, pistache sponge cake and tangerine should be a never ending story. Great tastes combined in an excellent setting
