This is one of the best croutes you can have in the Alps (the other one is at the top of the Grand Montets in the bar after you get out of the Telecabine. The place can be reached by skis in the winter if you know where to turn off (sign-posted but not easy to see). Great also in the summer when you can sit out in the terrace and go for lovely walks to Argentiere. They also have some great desserts. Try the croute with morel mushrooms as it is the best by far. Not to healthy for the arteries.
The service can be a bit French (meaning temperamental)
