La Coupole Chic bistro

This is the second time I have eaten in this restaurant of late, but I am basing my review primarily on the most recent of these experiences although each has been similar. Let me start with the location: the restaurant is above the parking at Rives so convenient for pedestrian as well as car and tram/bus access and is a favourite for business lunches as the tables are discretely well spaced. It is fairly large but reservations are still recommended for lunch. Once inside the restaurant you realise you are in a restaurant that has been around for quite a while (and needs a definite face-lift with regard to its decor but probably won't get one until new owners take over, as part of the reaso...

I have to say the decor is yucky whichever way you slice it but it does sort of make the place and you would not feel comfortable with the food or service in another setting.... la luminosité... Le service qui peine à suivre vu la forte fréquentation.... L'entrecôte et sa sauce spéciale, plus si bonne qu'avant. Viande un peu sèche. Préférence pour un autre restaurant à Genève avec un menu semblable.... temps d'attente un peu long, mais comme nous avions le temps, pas de soucis, sauf que la faim, commençait à nous tirailler l'estomac, LOL... ...
