Comment amazing little original back room restaurant! If you go from the back of the hotel, not the main street, you enter this beautiful fully wood furnished little restaurant that serves the best beef tartar and fondue fromage in gstaad! Definitely worth it and it did not seem touristy at any time, maybe because of the almost hidden location.

To be improved rösti with fried egg is way to greasy
