One of my favourite restaurant in London: I am quite a fan of their Sunday lunch menu which is great value.
This is a very elegant restaurant in one of the quiet and charming streets of Kensington, you can only come here when you have a long lunch break! The menu changes nearly every week according to seasons and based on traditional British dishes with a great creative twist.
The apple tart for two is just amazing, but I would say it is for 2 very hungry people!
Head Chef Tristan Welch was previously at two Michelin starred Petrus and Sous Chef, Steve Groves, was crowned the champion of MasterChef competition in 2009, the BBC show presented by Michel Roux, and one of my favourite tv shows!
45£ for the 3-course dinner menu, 20£ for the lunch menu and 26£ for the Sunday lunch menu.
You need to book in advance!
Although I find the decoration very elegant, it's a bit "too trendy" for me with all that grey and black!!!
