General comment We came here to eat Shabbo Shabbo - the Japanese version of fondue chinoise, which you could also describe as a Steam Boat: a great variety of vegetables (cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, ...), tofu and beef. You get two dips: a soy sauce and a sesame one. They are a good complement. Once you're done with all the meat and vegetables, udon noodles may be added to the stock and eaten al dente :-) great way to finish.

For a starter we had a Japanese dumpling with prawns. Don't rembember its name but it's something close to "Schumacher"...

To be improved As it often is, desserts aren't the Asian cuisine's highlight. Even though ok, nothing amazing...

Quite expensive (considered it's in Italy).

General comment Enjoy original Japanese cuisine... superb taste and quality!
