Very stylish interior and excellent welcome. The appetizer was served with about 8 excellent small amuses. All with very intense taste and special compositions. The starter was well balanced and light. Halibut with textures of watercress and topinambour. The main course personally i experienced as less special and tasty. The duck with pumpkin and speltwheat risotto was nicely flavoured with foie gras but it was not my favourite. The dessert on the other hand was excellent with excellent combinations of tangerine, cocos parfait, basilicum and sesam seads. A perfect closing with the coffee with excellent home made cookies and chocolates. This restaurant will move next year April from a small city to a new trendy area in Antwerp. The restaurant will re-open on the top floor of the new built Antwerp museum. For sure the 2 michelin stars will be moved also to this gastronomic city!
