This is a smashing bistro; about as good as it gets. White linen on the tables, polished wood everywhere, and the sense of a France of another epoque. You will pay for the experience but if you want something authentic it does not get much better than this. great location if you are on the left bank or at the Louvre. Reservations a must. Can't give it a 19 as another reviewer has as this is good cuisine but not Michelin rated by any means.
You will end up either getting to know your neighbours initially or at least sharing their lunch conversation as tables are centimeters apart. Difficult sometimes to get a table as it is not very large. Quite smart but I have been in jeans and felt quite at ease.
